NGOCC Executive Director Anne Anamela says citizens should demand accountability in development processes by participating at all levels of national resource allocation, given the economic times. Anamela has also stressed the need to ensure that the national budget responds to citizens’ needs and aspirations. She has further urged the media to look at the budget from a gender perspective, noting that every citizen is impacted differently by it.
