THE Christian Churches Monitoring Group (CCMG) says there’s weak enforcement of the Electoral Code of Conduct by the Electoral Commission of Zambia during campaigns. And ECZ has urged stakeholders to watch the electoral process closely in order to comment objectively on any developments.
