FORMER president Edgar Lungu says it is an insult to over 19 million citizens who entrusted the UPND government with power, for them to shamelessly downplay the serious revelations made by US Ambassador Michael Gonzales. He says despite President Hakainde Hichilema’s promise to fight corruption, it has worsened under his watch, urging him to focus on fighting present corruption instead of dwelling on the past.
