CONSTITUTIONAL Lawyer Dr O’Brien Kaaba says contrary to assertions by government, the proposed constitutional reforms are deeply problematic and counterproductive. Last week, Minister of Justice Princess Kasune said if the Constitution Amendment Bill No. 7 of 2025 fails, the country will have lost a lot of good things.
