MINISTRY of Defence Permanent Secretary Maambo Haamaundu has disclosed that CDF Committees will play a significant role in the selection of 1,092 youths to be trained under the ZNS Voluntary Skills Training Programme this year. Speaking when he appeared on ZNBC Radio 4 Breakfast Show, Thursday, Haamaundu said modalities on the application process for the ZNS Voluntary Skills Training Programme would be announced in due course.
