THE Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) has expressed its sorrow following a tragic accident on Saturday morning in Mpika District, where nine people died after a Toyota Noah collided with a TAZARA train. RTSA Chief Executive Officer Amon Mweemba says the agency is working with Zambia Railways and TAZARA to install boom gates at all railway crossings, which will compel motorists to stop before crossing the railway line. He urged motorists to obey all road rules and regulations during the long weekend and to refrain from driving under the influence of alcohol by designating sober drivers.
