WHAT constitutional lawyer John Sangwa, State Counsel, meant when he said the Judiciary will be in good hands under Chief Justice Mumba Malila can be summarised by the speech which was given at the Lucy Sichone memorial lecture last week. First of all, Justice Malila’s presence at the event was a mark of humility and it goes a long way in bringing the Judiciary closer to the people.
