IN THE past month, we have seen unemployed doctors marching to State House to register their grievances with the Republican President. The doctors are wondering why the UPND government has taken so long to offer them the promised jobs and they say they feel punished for spending so many years in medical school only to find no employment. The protesters wanted the President to address them, because they understand that all matters of governance, the back stops at the man who was elected into State House.
