WE have taken interest in the Judges (conditions of service) Amendment bill, 2022, that has been circulated. Without going into the details of what the bill seeks to delete and replace, the objective of this Bill is to amend the Judges (Conditions of Service) Act so as to provide for the determination of emoluments of judges by the Emoluments commission.
