ANTI-Corruption Commission (ACC) Board Chairperson Musa Mwenye State Counsel says the Commission will establish a directorate which will facilitate an internal investigation of staff members because corrupt people cannot be entrusted with the responsibility of fighting corruption. Mr Mwenye says it is only logical that the institution that is responsible for ridding graft in the country is first cleaned up.
