FORMER energy minister David Mabumba says the former ruling party deserves commendation for the newly commissioned 750 +12 MW Kafue Gorge Lower (KGL) Power Station. Mabumba who is Mwense Patriotic Front member of parliament and former energy minister says his party, and particularly former president Edgar Lungu must be credited for initiating the project in 2017.
