PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says he is concerned that citizens are spending too much time on a social media app called TikTok and arguing even where it is not necessary. The Head of State says this is unfortunate and retrogressive, which is why, he says, he has been trying to engage other elected leaders within his party and outside, to work hard in between elections so that they can delivery to the people.
