THIS past weekend, our newspaper launched two weekly publications namely Diggers Lite and Diggers Life, to be published on Saturday and Sunday, respectively. The concept, as explained prior to the commencement, is to diversify our news content without necessarily veering away from our current focus on investigative reporting and general political news. The Saturday publication has been designed to provide news coverage to the music and arts industry, targeting the youths, their hustle and plight. While leaning towards entertainment and promoting young entrepreneurs in this sector, the Saturday edition will also bridge the weekend gap to cover general news.
