PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu says there is no need for farmers who were placed on the Farmer Input Support Program (FISP) to remain on the program forever. Speaking, Thursday, in Mpika district of Muchinga Province, when he officiated at the National Agriculture Field Day, President Lungu observed the need for farmers to graduate from FISP so that others could also benefit.
