SOCIALIST Party Leader Fred M’membe says there is degeneration in both Zambia’s economic and political spheres and people are being denied their rights to assemble, set political agendas and goals, and achieve them. M’membe says the ruling UPND is worried about losing power, that is why political parties are not allowed to hold rallies because its deficiencies would be exposed with the freedom of speech that come with such gatherings.
