FORMER president Edgar Lungu has called on regional bodies and the international community to adequately respond to violent floods caused by a tropical cyclone, which have killed over 400 Kenyans. In a statement, Monday, Lungu said the devastation caused by the disaster on individuals, families, communities and Kenya in general was overwhelming and unbearable. “I know we have our own many challenges here at home.
