WHAT goes around truly does come around. For years we have been writing editorial comments lamenting the deficiencies at our Electoral Commission. On multiple occasions, we have urged ECZ to be firm and fair in its mandate to superintend over the electoral process because if it did not grow teeth, no one would trust it. A few days ago, the Commission’s Chairperson Mwangala Zaloumis vindicated our calls by voicing out concerns regarding the institution’s integrity.
