TEMPERS flared in the National Assembly on Wednesday when Chilubi PF member of parliament Mulenga Fube exchanged some strong words with Second Deputy Speaker Moses Moyo during business. The fracas began when Lunte PF member of parliament Mutotwe Kafwaya attempted to debate an issue regarding the National Prosecution Authority amendment Bill which had already been resolved the previous day.
