THE Zambia Police Service is investigating police officers under Kenneth Kaunda International Airport division, including the Commanding Officer Robson Moonga, for allegedly receiving thousands of dollars from Egyptian nationals who have since been arrested in connection with the gold scam. Last week, the Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) seized a private jet at KKIA after it was discovered to be carrying about US$5.69 million cash on board, five handguns, 126 rounds of ammunition and some suspected gold, leading to the arrest of at least nine foreign nationals and about four local businessmen.
