NKANA Independent MP Binwell Mpundu has disclosed that he and other MPs have formed a movement for good governance. In an interview, Tuesday, Mpundu said the movement would consist of young people because they were mostly left out in governance issues and elective positions. “We’ve been talking about a movement for a while now, we’ve formed a movement we call the movement for good governance, it’s actually called ‘Ichabaiche’.
