FORMER defence minister Richwell Siamunene has sought leave of the court to challenge the decision of the Mining Cadastre Department of the Ministry of Mines and Minerals Development to cancel his large scale mining licence which he acquired in 2016. Siamunene, who is also former Sinazongwe MP, wants the court to prohibit two companies from taking over his large scale mining licence no 17611- HQ- LM.
