CITIZENS First president Harry Kalaba says government’s reaction to the United Nations Human Rights Council’s report is undiplomatic. Immediately the report was made public, Chief Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa said it was false and misleading. And on Monday, Chief Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa said the document which cited Zambia for human rights violations was not an actual report by UNHRC, but just a compilation of allegations as received by some Special Rapporteurs.
