HEALTH Minister Elijah Muchima has dissolved the Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency (ZAMMSA) board. But former ZAMMSA Board Chairperson Dr Anna Chifungula says she had been planning to step down because there was too much interference from the ministry. Some sources yesterday told News Diggers that the ZAMMSA board had been dissolved. When contacted, Dr Chifungula confirmed that she had received a letter from Muchima informing her about this decision, accusing her of failing to run the institution.
