PETROLEUM Transporters Association of Zambia (PTAZ) Secretary General Benson Tembo has challenged the Energy Regulation Board (ERB) to explain the challenges which Zambia is facing in all the fuel importation routes. And Tembo says the country is currently at the mercy of foreign transporters.
