ZAMTEL has asked the High Court to grant it an order to recover its Ndola house from former Kabushi PF member of parliament Bowman Lusambo. This comes after the High Court ordered the eviction of Lusambo from ZAMTEL’s property. High Court Judge Pixie Yangailo also ordered for the recovery of the rental arrears of K590,000 plus interest from Lusambo to the network company. This is in a matter where ZAMTEL had sued Lusambo over unpaid rentals amounting to K590,000.
