POLICE Spokesperson Rae Hamoonga has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that the service did not receive any instructions from President Hakainde Hichilema to search Edgar Lungu’s house. Hamoonga told the court that no such directive had been issued, contrary to the claims made by PF faction Secretary General Raphael Nakacinda. This is in a matter where Nakacinda is charged seditious practices, Contrary to Section 57 as read with 60(1)(e) of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
