UPND Alliance chairperson Charles Milupi says he hopes former president Edgar Lungu’s Plan B is lawful because government will not hesitate to take action against any unlawful schemes. On Tuesday, the Constitutional Court ruled that Lungu is not eligible to contest any future elections, having been sworn in twice before.
