COUNCIL of Churches in Zambia (CCZ) General Secretary Fr Emmanuel Chikoya is calling on the UPND to apologise to Zambians for shunning a debate on the high cost of living. He says it is unthinkable, embarrassing and shocking for a ruling party to walk away from a debate, no matter how bad it is, adding that they must repent for this action.
