A FORENSIC audit into the alleged theft of drugs supplied by USAID and other cooperating partners has revealed that medical supplies worth $5.2 million, that were reportedly delivered directly to facilities, had no record captured in the ZAMMSA Warehouse Management System (WMS). The forensic report says while this does not translate to actual loss, as the facilities confirmed receipt, it presents a potential risk and pilferage point.
