FORMER secretary to the cabinet Leslie Mbula says President Hakainde Hichilema’s message about dialogue delivered during his press conference last Tuesday, must be taken seriously by citizens. Mbula says there is no need for people to hold demonstrations on the streets if the President has made it clear that he is ready to dialogue with stakeholders regarding any concerns they may have.
