HOME Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu says citizens believe that only the UPND can move the country forward. He said this on Friday when debating the Independent and Broadcasting Authority Bill, which is at its Second Reading in Parliament. Earlier, Lunte PF MP Mutotwe Kafwaya debated against the Bill, citing concerns of possible abuse of power by government in the application of the proposed Bill.
