POLICE in North-Western Province have arrested former Chavuma UPND MP Victor Lumayi for going armed in public. In a statement, Monday, Police Public Relations Officer Godfrey Chilabi said on May 20, Lumayi allegedly carried a firearm to Chavuma District Council Offices, which was being used as a nomination centre, without lawful authority, causing fear and alarm among members of the public.
