FORMER PF deputy secretary general Mumbi Phiri says the Tonse Pamodzi Alliance is coming to finish where Edgar Lungu left. Phiri was responding to President Hakainde Hichilema’s remarks questioning what leaders from the former ruling party would want to do in power after doing what he described as damage to the economy.
