FORMER presidential aide Amos Chanda says it is “insane” for anyone to project a 95 percent victory for either the ruling party or the opposition in a competitive multi-party democracy like Zambia. And Chanda says he is experienced enough to tell that President Hakainde Hichilema and Brian Mundubile are the two frontrunners in the August 13 general election.
