TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (TI-Z) says overall, there is only a 1.1 percent difference in tabulations between the results announced by the Electoral Commission of Zambia and those collected by its monitors. TI-Z says the assessment of 221 presidential results announced by ECZ shows a 61.73 percent Integrity Index, highlighting incidences of vote counting at polling stations and totalling centres in 32 constituencies.
