THE Higher Education Loans and Scholarships Board (HELSB) has awarded student loans to an additional 612 first-year studentsfollowing consideration of appeals. HELSB Manager Corporate Affairs Chiselwa Kawanda said 483 are from Mulungushi University, while 129 are from Chalimbana University.
