THE Resident Doctors Association of Zambia (RDAZ) says government should prioritize those already in the system, in the recruitment of 40,000 health workers, under the $1.5 billion US health deal. Meanwhile, Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Leader Antonio Mwanza has questioned the excitement surrounding the proposed recruitment, noting that government can do it without what he terms as a questionable deal.
