A DRUG Enforcement Commission (DEC) assistant investigations officer has told the Court that twin students Blessings and Gift Kaonga were taught how to bake cupcakes by a former student to earn a living. In this matter, Blessings and Gift aged 20, are charged with one count of trafficking in psychotropic substances contrary to Section 15 (1) and (2) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act No. 35 of 2021, as read with Statutory Instrument No. 119 of 1995 of the Laws of Zambia.
