MINISTER of Mines and Minerals Paul Kabuswe has dispelled some social media reports that there have been some deaths resulting from accidents at the Black Mountain, arguing that the only people who had died are some youths who were fond of climbing on top of trucks in a bid to find some high quality slug material. But Shiwang’andu PF member of Parliament Stephen Kampyongo says these ‘road accidents’ are happening because youths have been left out in sharing proceeds from the dump site and are desperately looking for ways to survive.
