THE Jesuit Centre for Theological Reflection (JCTR) has called on government to come up with a pro-poor 2023 national budget. And JCTR says even if the speed at which prices are increasing is on the slowdown, the fact is that commodity prices are very high and likely to remain that way for some time given the ever increasing fuel pump prices.
