FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says he is delighted that the business community can come out in the open and state where government is causing inconveniences. And Dr Musokotwane says funds are available to pay salaries to newly recruited teachers and yet to be recruited health workers.
