LUSAKA City Council Director of Public Health Victor Kagoli says the council has seized more than 100 liquor licenses from illegal traders since June. In June this year, government banned the sale of alcohol in markets and bus stations, and further directed the cancellation of all liquor home shops licenses. In an interview, Tuesday, Kagoli said the council was yet to move into the Central Business District to ensure compliance. “There is physical compliance and we have done a lot of closures and seizures.
