FORMER Agriculture minister Micheal Katambo says people will clap for government if it manages to find solutions that would ensure that no one starves despite the prevailing drought. On Monday, Chief Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa assured that no one would starve despite the drought because government had a programme to make maize accessible and affordable.
