ECONOMIST Lubinda Haabazoka says government must explain to citizens the meaning of the debt restructuring deal without emotions. In an interview, Dr Haabazoka said this was important because after a year, people would get back to government and ask why they were made to celebrate the finalisation of the debt restructuring process.
