FORMER Kasenengwa MP Sensio Banda says government must restructure Zesco to make it more efficient in diversifying its energy sources. And Banda says Zesco must work with the Citizens Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC) to provide people who work from markets with power generators on loan.
