ENERGY Expert Johnstone Chikwanda has advised citizens to be energy efficient and reduce unnecessary movements amid increased fuel prices. He adds that motorists should consider using public transport for long-distance travel to save on costs. And Chikwanda says the hiked electricity tariffs will help actualise investments in the sector which have been in a state of uncertainty.
