MOPANI Copper Mines Plc Chief Executive Officer Charles Sakanya says the company is pressing ahead with a $1.9 billion expansion project, including a new $400 million investment aimed at boosting copper cathode production to 226,000 tonnes by 2028, contributing 7.5 per cent toward Zambia’s three million-tonne target.
