THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has fined a suspected PF supporter who harassed a civil servant at the Ministry of Works and Supply, K12,000 failure to which he should serve nine months imprisonment. And according to the facts presented before court, the victim is on the material day said to have received a call from a ‘stranger’ who claimed to have gotten her number from Lusaka Province Minister Bowman Lusambo. This is a matter in which Charles Kakula, 25, was facing charges of criminal trespass, threatening violence and common assault. The accused pleaded guilty in all counts.
