A TEACHER has dragged the state to court over its refusal to offer him a house where he has been a sitting tenant for 23 years despite his colleagues being offered their houses. Joseph Kandingwa, a teacher at David Kaunda Technical High School has cited the Attorney General as the respondent in the matter.
