A COMPANY has dragged the state to court, seeking a declaration that the directions given by Lands and Natural Resources Minister Elijah Muchima, banning the export of timber were unprocedural and illegal. In this matter, Sharma Brothers has cited the Director of Forests and the Attorney General as first and second defendants, respectively.
